Job Description
DICKEY-john is seeking a Short Line OEM Account Manager to manage and grow their small OEM customer segment in North America. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, consultative selling skills, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer support.
Requirements
- Manage assigned Small OEM accounts
- Identify and pursue new prospects
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and applications engineering teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DICKEY-john products and emerging industry technologies
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and customer events
