Operations Lead

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (Operational Lead) to manage our field team, create routes and schedules, and monitor expenses. The ideal candidate has experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and is very responsible and organized.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in coordinating/managing projects and teams
• Excellent communication - both written and verbal
• Free English
• Possession of Google Workspace (Documents, Sheets, Drive)
• Flexibility to support field operations; irregular work schedule
• Experience in preparing reports, presentations
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Ability to manage a team, stress resistance
• Ability to remotely manage a team
• Orientation to details and proactive thinking
