Job Description
TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Legal Counsel with a minimum of five years of legal experience to provide general legal advice and support on corporate legal matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Active Bar license
- At least five years of legal experience in business and corporate law
- Experience with SEC reporting and compliance
- Experience in contractual matters in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in compliance issues, especially multi-national compliance issues
