Quality Engineering Supervisor

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineering Supervisor to oversee and manage the Quality Engineering department, ensuring meeting internal and external customer expectations and requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in manufacturing performance metrics, communication, planning, and leadership.

Requirements

• Supervise Quality Engineering team to ensure TTM is meeting internal and external customer expectations and requirements.
• Support RCCA activity, customer visits and audits as necessary.
• Help develop and drive quality and process improvements.
• Work closely with QA Manager to ensure deadlines are met and progress is being made on open projects/SCARs
• Ensure Quality Engineers are meeting daily objectives (i.e. Processing orders, AMCNs, dispositioning DMRs, 6S etc.)
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and other members of management team on quality issues
• Working knowledge of ISO9001:2000 and AS9100A. Active member of the QMS and EHS internal audit team.
• Aid in training Quality Engineers and others in department specific work procedures.
• Coordinate defect escape prevention activities with QC and Production Manager for all production and inspection departments, including Q-RAIL activity.
