They are seeking a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) to specialize in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, providing consultation, training, and operational support to customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The role involves working with global HR systems and requires a strong understanding of HR processes and relationship management.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or a relevant vocational training.
- 2-3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or another HRIS.
- Experience in internal HR organizations and analytical thinking.
- Highly effective English and German language skills.
