Job Description
tts is a full-service HR & HR-IT consulting, performance support, and corporate learning provider. They help clients throughout the project lifecycle: strategy definition, configuration, rollout, support. They offer remote, in-person, national and international projects with a focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. They employ HR and IT experts from clients to support the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors onboarding. The role is for a new hire in a team focused on HR and IT and involves project management, training and implementation support.
Requirements
- Completed course in an area related to Software and IT (e.g., Economics of Information Science)
- 2-3 years of relevant professional and project experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementation
- Analytical thinking, process-oriented thinking and a high degree of energy and proactivity
- Excellent German and English proficiency (speaking and writing)
- Comfort with new places and meeting new people
- Commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge of new areas
