Customer Experience Specialist 2

Tucker Company Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist 2 to win new and existing customer business, maximize corporate profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or minimum 3 years of equivalent industry training or experience
• 2+ years' experience in customer service, sales, or other customer-facing position
• Demonstrates basic understanding of MS Office and aptitude to learn other related technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
