Job Description
The Human Resources Administrator / Generalist is responsible for managing a variety of personnel-related policies and programs, including recruitment, onboarding, employee evaluations, and benefits administration. This role requires a strong understanding of HR law and procedures, and the ability to manage benefit enrollment, handling disciplinary actions, and conducting drug screening. Experience in COBRA, FMLA, and unemployment claims is a plus.
Requirements
- Current valid PA driver’s license
- Diploma or GED
- Passing clean drug screen and background check
- Degree in business or human resources (or equivalent experience)
- Good knowledge of labor laws (state and federal)
- Interviewing/employment practices experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HRIS systems
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, planning and writing skills
