As Assistant F&B Manager, you will delight our guests with culinary highlights in the restaurant, at the bar, on the beach, and at other unique locations. You will motivate your team to achieve their best and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurants and bars.
Requirements
- Education in hospitality/gastronomy
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position or as a team leader
- Communication and team skills, also beyond your own department
- Creativity and problem-solving
- Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Fluent German and English skills, preferably knowledge of the local language
