We are looking for a Deputy Restaurant Manager to lead our service team and ensure that all hygiene regulations are observed. You will be responsible for coordinating all processes in our guest restaurants, including mise en place of tables, individual buffets, and beverage stations.

Requirements

• Completed training in the hospitality industry
• Several years of experience in the restaurant/banquet area
• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• Fluent German and English skills
• Ideally additional knowledge of the local language
