Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Strong understanding of demand generation, segmentation, and go-to-market strategy
- Proven experience defining ICPs, personas, and audience segments to inform campaign strategy
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, such as LinkedIn, third-party media and sponsorships, email marketing, webinars, and event promotion
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, content iteration, testing, and performance analysis
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of B2B and SaaS performance metrics
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication abilities
