Customer Process Engineer responsible for understanding customer needs, leading solution development, managing enterprise-level projects, and collaborating with customers/partners on implementation. Located in Somerville, MA, with a hybrid work environment.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of manufacturing industry experience
- Experience in project management, manufacturing or process engineering
- Operations Technology (MES, ERP) background
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- BS Degree: Engineering, or similar
