Job Description
Tulip is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their team. The role involves understanding customer needs, leading solution development, managing enterprise-level projects, and collaborating with customers/partners on implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry, project management, and operations technology, and will be comfortable working in a startup environment.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of manufacturing industry experience
- Experience in project management, manufacturing or process engineering
- Operations Technology (MES, ERP) background
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- A demonstrated dedication to considering things from the customer’s perspective
- Aptitude to learn fast and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
- BS Degree: Engineering, or similar
