Job Description
Turing is seeking a senior, quota-carrying Enterprise Sales Director to drive net-new enterprise revenue by helping Fortune 500 organizations hire and scale high-performing remote technical talent.
Requirements
- Full ownership of enterprise revenue generation within assigned accounts and territory
- Net-new Fortune 500 logo acquisition
- Manage 3–6 month enterprise sales cycles and close multi-stakeholder talent engagements from discovery through contracting
- Executive relationship development with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Heads of Data/AI, and other technical leaders
- Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
- Develop strategic account penetration and expansion plans to grow a significant book of business over time
