Senior Engineering Manager

Turing is seeking an experienced Platform & Product Engineering Leader to build, scale, and evolve the GenAI training platform. The role requires a balance of hands-on technical execution, strategic leadership, and a long-term platform vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building a world-class engineering culture.

Requirements

• Location: Ability to work effectively in a fully remote and globally distributed team environment.
• 5+ years of proven experience in engineering management and leadership roles, preferably within high-performance, product-driven environments.
• Extensive experience building and maintaining production infrastructure systems supporting multiple product verticals.
• Demonstrated success in designing and deploying infrastructure that supports AI/ML capabilities.
• Hands-on technical expertise in major cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability tools, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, and operations in a remote setting.
