Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Chinese-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual role.
- Experience using customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
