Job Description
Employer Turner Enterprises Management, LLC is seeking a Hospitality Maintenance Technician to maintain the safe, efficient, and functional operation of guest accommodations, facilities, and infrastructure across 560,000 acres of Vermejo Reserve. As a seasonal, hourly, non-exempt, non-benefits eligible position, the ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience, proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs, and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Basic carpentry and painting skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues quickly
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- EPA or HVAC certification preferred
