Seasonal Maintenance

This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repair services for Diamond Creek Restaurant, Hulapai Lodge, and Walapai Market. Typical duties include maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, grounds, cosmetic and aesthetic, and other types of standard maintenance and repair services. The role also occasionally assists with these duties at the Administrative Offices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Journeyman license in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing
• At least five (5) years experience working as a maintenance technician in a corporate environment with multiple business operations and locations
• Demonstrated knowledge of identifying, diagnosing, and repairing issues with structures, equipment, and grounds
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent guest service
