Job Description
Our 24âmonth Graduate Development Programme (GDP) gives you the foundation to become a well-rounded consultant and launch a successful career. You'll immerse yourself in Turner & Townsend, learning technical and commercial skills, and gaining real industry experience. You'll also receive training and support to become chartered with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Requirements
- Have completed an undergraduate degree after October 2024, or expect to complete your final subject by December 2025, including any internships or work experience placements required for graduation
- Are available to commence full time work in February 2027
- Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, Australian resident or are eligible for an Australian 485 Graduate Visa
- Have a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Clearly motivated for joining the construction industry at Turner & Townsend, specifically
