2027 Graduate Program - Cost Management

Our 24-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) gives you the foundation to become a well-rounded consultant and launch a successful career. As a graduate in this area, you’ll play a key role in helping clients make informed decisions and manage risk. The role offers a fast-paced environment where you can contribute to commercial success across a wide range of sectors, including Infrastructure, Central & Local Government, Health & Education, Energy and Natural Resources, Commercial Development, Data Centres, Life Sciences, Defence.

Requirements

• Completed an undergraduate degree after October 2024, or expect to complete your final subject by December 2025, including any internships or work experience placements required for graduation
• Available to commence full-time work in February 2027
• Australian or New Zealand citizen, Australian resident, or eligible for an Australian 485 Graduate Visa
• Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Motivated for joining the construction industry at Turner & Townsend, specifically
• Passionate about pursuing a career in the discipline for which you are applying
• Growth-mindset and a love for learning on the job
