Assistant Cost Manager – Cost Management

We are looking for an Assistant Cost Manager to support the Commission Manager in project delivery and assist in cost management activities. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum 2 years' experience in cost management or construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects
• Native-level proficiency and Business-level proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software is a plus
• Foundation and understanding of quantity surveying, tools, and methodologies is a plus
