Job Description
As an Assistant Cost Manager, you will support the Commission Manager in project delivery and assist in cost management activities. You will be responsible for conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking, estimating and producing cost plans, and compiling and amending tender lists.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 yearsā experience in cost management or construction projects
- Native-level proficiency in (local language), Business-level proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
