Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage complex installation, supply, consulting services, and construction contracts. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of post-graduate experience and strong contract management expertise.
Requirements
- Business-related degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience managing complex installation, supply, consulting services, and construction contracts
- Familiarity with Cost Plus or Cost Reimbursable Contract delivery model is an asset
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage risk, and optimize costs through innovative solutions
