Requirements

• Professional Project Controls experience
• Specializing in Cost Engineering/Control
• Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Progress reporting, forecasting, and performance reporting and analysis
• BPSS level security clearance
• Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute)
• Experience leading Cost Control Assurance activities
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make risk-based decisions
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Ability to navigate through conflict situations and defuse tension
