• Professional Project Controls experience in Cost Engineering/Control
• Earned Value Management (EVM) and progress reporting skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to navigate complex projects and programs
• Familiarity with cost performance reporting and cost forecasting techniques
• Experience leading Cost Control Assurance activities
• BPSS level security clearance
• Membership in a relevant professional body
