Requirements
- Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Responsible for pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties
- Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports
- Estimate and cost plan
- Tender and procure
- Take personal responsibility for making cost checks and valuations
- Produce monthly post-contract cost reports
- Interface with clients and other consultants
