Job Description
We're looking for a Cost Manager to provide expert cost management services across various stages of construction projects for government agencies. You will develop and maintain detailed cost plans, conduct risk assessments, and negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar field.
- 3-10+ years of experience in cost management roles, ideally in a consultancy environment.
- Previous experience working on construction projects for Government agencies such as Dept of Education, Defence and Health (highly desirable).
- Experience liaising or managing clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Preferable RICS and/or AIQS accreditation.
- Proficiency in CostX software.
