Drive Project Success in Canberra - Expressions of Interest for Cost Managers

At Turner & Townsend, we're passionate about delivering better outcomes for our clients and creating a prosperous society. We're seeking a Cost Manager to join our Canberra office, responsible for providing expert cost management services across various stages of construction projects.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar field.
• 3-10+ years of experience in cost management roles, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Previous experience working on construction projects for Government agencies such as Dept of Education, Defence and Health.
• Experience liaising or managing clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Preferable RICS and/or AIQS accreditation.
• Proficiency in CostX software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and prepare detailed cost reports.
• Excellent knowledge of Australian construction standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate cost plans and budgets for large-scale projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
