Job Description
The role requires an Assistant Cost Manager to support the delivery of cost management services across fast-paced, service-intensive environments, with a focus on data centre projects. The candidate will assist with cost planning, tender support, contract administration, and reporting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, construction, or related fields
- Good understanding of basic cost management concepts (estimating, tendering, cost plans, reporting)
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in cost software such as CostX or willingness to learn
- Business-level English and native proficiency in the local language
