(MEP/CSA) Assistant Cost Manager - Data Centre

As an Assistant Cost Manager for Data Centre Projects, you will support the delivery of cost management services across fast-paced, service-intensive environments. Working under the guidance of a Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager, you will assist with cost planning, tender support, contract administration, and reporting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, construction, or related fields.
• Good understanding of basic cost management concepts (estimating, tendering, cost plans, reporting).
• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in cost software such as CostX or willingness to learn.
• Business-level English and native proficiency in the local language.
