Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company seeking a Principal - Professional for its Tokyo office. The successful candidate will lead the execution of small to medium-sized construction and workplace projects, ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality, and performance objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Construction Management, Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience in managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects/experience managing mechanical and electrical equipment
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills; English proficiency is a plus
• Candidates holding a Class 1 Architectural Construction Management Engineer qualification or other construction-related certifications are preferred
