Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects/ experience managing mechanical and electrical equipment
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills; English proficiency is a plus
- Candidates holding a Class 1 Architectural Construction Management Engineer qualification or other construction-related certifications are preferred
