Senior Bid Manager

Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company seeking an experienced bid and business development professional to support the growth and achievement of outcomes for clients in Asia. The Senior Bid Manager will lead the strategic approach and execution of multi-million dollar proposals, tenders, and bid responses, and will work with senior leadership and other functional teams to deliver high-quality bids and sales materials.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, English, or engineering
• Association of Proposal Management Professional (APMP) accreditation desired
• Minimum 10 years' experience of bid management and writing successful bid submissions
• Proof reading skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
• Organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Confident communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with ability to foster credible collaborative relationships
