Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company seeking an experienced bid and business development professional to support ongoing growth and achievement of outcomes for clients in Asia. The successful candidate will lead the strategic approach and execution of multi-million dollar proposals, tenders, and bid responses.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, English, or engineering
• Association of Proposal Management Professional (APMP) accreditation desired, or willingness to complete
• Minimum 10 years' experience of bid management and writing successful bid submissions
• Proof-reading skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
• Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to foster credible collaborative relationships
• Ability to contribute openly to the team with innovations and ideas to ensure the success and development of the company
