Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to work with our team, and partner with our clients, supporting designs for new and existing construction builds. The ideal candidate will have an architectural background in the construction industry and be experienced in Design/Architecture/Civil works.
Requirements
- College Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture
- 10-15 years of experience in Higher Education construction
- Experience and working in Project Management on large-scale construction programs
- Experienced in Design/Architecture/Civil works
- Solid working proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to be highly effective in a client facing role
- Team player; ability to work collaboratively
