Senior Project Manager - Educational Project

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover, manage client relationships, and oversee coordination of stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline, and at least 15 years of experience in educational buildings.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project reporting and updates
• Ensure compliance with heritage and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee coordination of architects, engineers, heritage consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project cost, schedule, and risk, implementing mitigation strategies as required
• Ensure sustainability objectives and environmental impact goals are integrated and achieved
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, design workshops, and site inspections
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and client representatives
