Senior Planner/Scheduler MEP Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner/Scheduler to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The role requires deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive project delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables/KPI's to be used on large scale capital programs.
• Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations for the project.
• Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
• Coordinate closely with design, engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule accuracy.
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities; provide mitigation strategies and recommendations.
• Lead schedule review meetings and present updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and performance against the baseline schedule; produce look-ahead schedules and reports.
• Ensure alignment between MEP installation sequencing and overall project milestones.
• Analyze and incorporate vendor, subcontractor, and procurement schedules into the master schedule.
• Support delay analysis, change management as required.
