Senior Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate team in Birmingham, leading and overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale construction projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience in a consultancy environment is preferred
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification is a plus
