Senior Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate team in Sheffield, leading and overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale construction projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
