Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure

The Senior Project Manager will act as the Contracting Entity's representative, taking responsibility for managing a group of projects from planning and design through to the successful completion and commissioning. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering the projects safely to time, to budget and to specification, ensuring the projects achieve all project goals and objectives in accordance with the Contracting Entity's employer's requirements and the corporate strategic intent for the portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years experience in the Construction / Infrastructure sector including on relevant aviation and/or other related projects of a similar size and complexity
• Understanding of operating in a live airport site
• Experience of operating on site, not just office based
• Tangible experience of documenting best practice construction project management policies and standards.
• Track record of delivering construction/asset delivery projects to time and within allocated budget;
• Knowledge of operating as a client's project manager
• Experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders at all levels across the organisation influencing the improvement of process and guidance to support project delivery.
