The Senior Project Manager will act as the Contracting Entity’s representative, managing a group of projects from planning to completion, ensuring safe delivery on time, budget, and specification.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years experience in the Construction / Infrastructure sector
- Tangible experience of documenting best practice construction project management policies and standards
- Track record of delivering construction/asset delivery projects to time and within allocated budget
- Managing a significant multidisciplinary team across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of NEC and FIDIC suite of contracts
- Knowledge of Engineering and Project Management Principles
