The Trend and Change Manager role is responsible for ensuring the effective governance, coordination, and implementation of change across a project, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives, scope, schedule, and budget baselines. The role involves working collaboratively with delivery, commercial, finance, and technical teams to ensure a robust and transparent change control process is embedded across the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., AACE, RICS) is desirable.
- Change management, project controls, or project delivery experience within large-scale infrastructure or capital projects.
- Proven track record of change management in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
- Experience working in client-side roles and managing interfaces with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes in high-pressure environments.
- Deep understanding of change control principles, methodologies, and tools within major infrastructure Projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex change impacts across multiple dimensions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
