The Trend and Change Manager ensures the effective governance, coordination, and implementation of change across the project, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives, scope, schedule, and budget baselines. The role holder will work collaboratively with delivery, commercial, finance, and technical teams to ensure a robust and transparent change control process is embedded across the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accreditation (e.g., AACE, RICS) is desirable
- Change management, project controls, or project delivery experience within large-scale infrastructure or capital projects
- Proven track record of change management in complex, multi-disciplinary environments
- Experience working in client-side roles and managing interfaces with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes in high-pressure environments
- Deep understanding of change control principles, methodologies, and tools within major infrastructure Projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex change impacts across multiple dimensions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
