USA Technical Engineering Director

We are looking for a Technical Engineering Director to work with our team alongside a key technology client. The role will be responsible for developing CQV procedures and managing the efforts of a third-party group. The ideal candidate will be resilient, a self-starter, and able to take initiative and drive activities with limited supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Fiber/Telecom Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master's preferred)
• 15+ years of senior-level technical or engineering leadership experience on large-scale capital projects
• Proven experience delivering data centers, semiconductor facilities, energy systems, or major infrastructure megaprojects
• Deep technical expertise in electrical systems, fiber networks, critical power, and high-reliability technical environments
• Strong background in commissioning, QA/QC, technical risk management, and engineering governance
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams across complex, fast-paced programs
