Territory Sales Representative - Alberta - Calgary or Edmonton

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to own and grow a defined market through direct, in-person engagement with retail partners. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing their territory as a business — balancing relationship management, execution excellence, and new business development.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in field sales, territory management, or B2B sales
• Proven ability to deliver against sales targets in a retail-driven environment
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Highly self-motivated with strong time and territory management skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience in regulated or adjacent industries is an asset
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift and transport product (up to ~40 lbs)
