Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, including 1β2 years in management consulting or 1β2 years in Business Operations/Strategy at a high-growth startup
- Experience as a solo RevOps operator β comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
- Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and go-to-market tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy
- Deep understanding of SaaS revenue models, customer journey, and pipeline management
- Exceptional communicator who can influence without authority
