As the Head of People at Turnkey, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading all people-related operations across the company, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and executive coaching.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in People / HR roles, including 2+ years in a senior leadership position
- Demonstrated experience as an executor and builder who has personally implemented core systems and processes
- Broad exposure to all aspects of People / HR: talent, HRBP, People Ops, compensation
- Strong operator: structured, organized, pragmatic, and systems-oriented
- High agency, first-principles thinker who is comfortable coaching and pushing executives
