Business Development Representative

Turnwell Mental Health Network is seeking a Business Development Representative to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing business clients
• Conduct product or service presentations tailored to the client's needs
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as needed
