Business Development Representative

Turnwell Mental Health is a clinician-led mental health company seeking a Business Development Representative to develop and execute marketing strategies for business growth in the tri-cities area of Scottsdale, Tempe, and Glendale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Passionate about improving patient care and delivering high-quality services that make a difference in patients' lives.
