Senior Mission Designer

Turtle Rock is seeking a Senior Mission Designer to join their award-winning game development team. The role involves crafting engaging missions using Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprints, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive gameplay experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game design with one or more shipped AAA titles
• High proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, Blueprints, and mission-related tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mission design and gameplay events with player choice
• Strong technical skills, including scripting logic, debugging, and performance optimization
